Return & Refund Policy

We offer 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after the reception to inspect your item, try it, and report us any problems you might encounter:

RETURNS:

-If the item doesn't fit or you have changed your mind about it, customers are responsable for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating it with their local post or carrier. 

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

-To initiate a return, please submit a request for a return to casafontanaitalia@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.

-Once the item is well received and inspected by our team, we will issue a refund to the account used to pay the order.

-Please refer to our Sizing Guide and don't hesitate to ask our staff for help in taking your decision.

 

DAMAGES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

-If the item presents a default that has passed our inspections, or got broken during delivery, we will provide you a shipping label to return it and cover the repair fees.

-If the wrong item has been sent to you, we will provide you a shipping label to return the item and swiftly send you the right one

-If the cause of the damage seems unclear, the client can be asked to send it back to the studio for further inspection of the damage cause.

After 14 days, damages reported to us will have to be shipped back by the customer, covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating it with their local post or carrier.

-If the damage appears to result from a default of the product, we will proceed to repair and ship the product back to you

-If the damage appears to result from a misuse or accident, we will charge repair fees according to our Repair Policies

We also do offer a repair service if you havee accidently damaged your item, contact our staff for further informations 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

The easiest way to exchange returned products is to place another order while returning yours. Such a situation has to be reported to us within 5 days after reception of the order.

Unwanted items would need to be returned to us, customers are responsable for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post or carrier, all according to our return policies.

We will invite you to place a new online order for the correct product you need, and issue the refund of the item once received and inspected by our staff.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
