Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt to inspect your item, try it on, and report any issues you may have:

RETURNS:

- If the item does not fit or you have changed your mind, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and coordinating with their carrier or local post.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

- To initiate a return, submit a return request to casafontanaitalia@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.

- Once the item has been received and inspected by our team, we will issue a refund to the account used to pay for the order.

- Please review our Size Guide and feel free to ask our staff for help in making your decision.

DAMAGES:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

- If the item has a defect that has passed our inspection or was broken during delivery, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use and cover the repair costs.

- If the wrong item was sent to you, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use and quickly ship the correct item to you

- If the cause of the damage seems unclear, the customer may be asked to send it back to the studio for further inspection of the cause of the damage.

After 14 days, any damage reported to us will need to be sent back by the customer, covering the cost of return shipping and coordinating with their local post office or courier.

- If the damage appears to be a product defect, we will repair it and ship it back to you

- If the damage appears to be a result of misuse or an accident, we will charge for repairs according to our Repair Policy

We also offer a repair service if you have accidentally damaged your item, please contact our staff for more information

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

The easiest way to exchange returned products is to place another order at the same time as returning yours. This must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Unwanted items will need to be returned to us, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and coordinating the return with their local courier or post office, all according to our Return Policy.

We will encourage you to place a new online order for the correct product you need and issue a refund for the item once it has been received and inspected by our staff.

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
